Mr. Boccardo is a Senior Project Manager and Technical Expert with more than 29 years of experience leading and analyzing large industrial projects.


Project Management & Site Leadership – Directing portfolios over US$4B and site workforces of up to 7,000 people in pulp & paper, energy, ethanol, mining, steel, and industrial process plants. Hands‑on leadership from feasibility and basic engineering through construction, commissioning, and start‑up.
Claims, Delay & Dispute Support – Conducting delay and disruption analyses, time‑impact studies, cost deviation assessments, and causation mapping to support negotiation, arbitration, and litigation.
Known for turning around distressed projects, Mr. Boccardo has reduced the critical completion horizon for several projects and repeatedly delivered major industrial plants on or ahead of schedule under challenging conditions.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, experienced working with multinational teams and international law firms.
Available to act as a technical expert and consultant in international arbitration and litigation, including matters seated in the United States, Europe, and Latin America.
